SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT1.1. The Lessor shall provide the Lessee with a vehicle for temporary use:Make/Model: __________________________VIN: __________________________License plate: __________________________1.2. The vehicle is provided in good technical condition, with a full fuel tank, requireddocuments and valid insurance.2. RENTAL TERMS2.1. Minimum age of the Lessee – 25 years.2.2. Minimum driving experience – 3 years.2.3. Rental period: from «» ________ 2025 to «» ________ 2025.2.4. Rental price: ______ € per day.2.5. Security deposit: ______ € (refundable within 7 days after the end of rental if nodamages or fines are incurred).2.6. Advance payment for booking. The Lessee shall pay an advance in the amount of ___% of the total rental cost (or a fixed sum of ___ €) when booking the vehicle. If the booking iscancelled less than 24 hours before the rental start date, the advance payment isnon-refundable. If cancelled earlier, the advance shall be refunded in full. If the booking isnot cancelled, the advance is credited towards the deposit (p. 2.5).2.7. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, €100 will bewithheld from the deposit for professional cleaning.2.8. Transportation of animals is allowed. The Lessee must return the vehicle in cleancondition. If the interior is soiled, an additional cleaning fee of €50 shall apply.2.9. Child seat is available upon request at €5 per day, but not more than €50 for the entirerental period.3. MILEAGE AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES3.1. Daily mileage allowance: 200 km.3.2. Excess mileage is charged at €0.30 per km.4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES4.1. The Lessor shall:• Provide a roadworthy vehicle with valid insurance (liability and CASCO).• Ensure 24/7 contact for emergencies.4.2. The Lessee shall:• Use the vehicle only for personal purposes, not sublease it.• Comply with traffic laws of France and the EU.• Refuel the vehicle with fuel suitable for the engine type.• Return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.• Pay all fines and additional costs incurred during the rental period.5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY5.1. The vehicle is insured under the standard system (includes third-party liability).5.2. Deductible (non-insurable part of damages): ______ € (withheld from the deposit incase of damages).5.3. The Lessee is liable for:• driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,• use of the vehicle by third parties without Lessor’s consent,• intentional damages.5.4. Loss of keys.In case of loss, damage or failure to return the keys, the Lessee shall pay €250 to cover thecost of replacement and reprogramming of the security system.5.5. Late return of the vehicle.If the vehicle is returned with a delay of more than 1 hour, the Lessee shall pay €20 for eachadditional hour of delay or the cost of an extra rental day, whichever is higher.5.6. Return with insufficient fuel.If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the start of rental, the Lessee shall pay €3 permissing liter plus a €20 service fee.5.7. Fines and administrative fees.All traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of theLessee. If fines are issued in the name of the Lessor, the amount will be withheld from thedeposit, plus an administrative fee of €30 per fine for processing.5.8. Driving by unauthorized persons.The vehicle may only be driven by the Lessee or persons expressly listed in this Agreement.If driven by unauthorized persons without written consent of the Lessor, a penalty of €200shall apply, and the Lessee bears full responsibility for any damages.5.9. Vehicle damages (scratches, dents, etc.).The Lessee shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle (scratches, dents, broken glass, tireand rim damage), except for normal wear and tear. Repair costs shall be deducted from thedeposit according to an official service estimate.6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT6.1. The Lessor has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of violation ofrental terms.6.2. The Lessee may terminate the Agreement early by notifying the Lessor at least 24 hoursin advance.7. MISCELLANEOUS7.1. This Agreement is concluded with the Latvian legal entity SIA «WashPower» andgoverned by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU legislation.7.2. Regarding the use of the vehicle in France (traffic rules, fines, damages), the laws ofFrance shall apply.7.3.
